Olá sabe como usar os webservices da api do google adwords?

Até a versão 17 tinha as funções nativas desta api, mas agora não tem mais

Eu fiz a importação do webservice, funciona normal,porém vendo os vídeos oficiais do Google (abaixo) não encontrei onde colocar os parâmetros token do desenvolvendor, id da conta mcm, etc.
