I am evaluating whether to use Delphi or WinDev for my development needs. I am strongly leaning towards WinDev - it looks awesome.

My newbie question: I want to write an application that, while not functionally similar, is visually similar to MSN Messenger: That is, it doesnt have a big UI - instead, when certain events or notifications happen, you will get a little pop-up in the lower right corner of your screen. Outside of that, it is a system tray icon and you can click it to expand it open.

Is this type of floating window pop-up mechanism doable in WinDev?
