I know this is the UK pre-release but had a play yesterday and.....

In a the table control style tab the 'Row font and height' option has been replaced by I believe 'Row caption'.
Looking in there you may change the font but no longer the row height:eek:.

You can still do it on the control itself but the height is then a guess as no helpful sizing popup, as appears elsewhere on controls, is available.

Now I may well be going mad but I definitely could not find it.
I hope it returns in the production release.

Thanks Jan

So I am going mad.

Did not think to look elsewhere in the description window.
I wonder why they moved it from 'Style' which it is to 'Detail'

Personally I feel that Row height has nothing to do with Style.
It is a fundamental feature.

It is surprising that it tool PC Soft these many years to shift it out of Style to Description!

Each to his own I guess but to me it is.

If I want to modify a table and then save it to the project 'style' sheet that is where I can complete the all the necessary mods.

I've not tested but if I change the row height now in v23 from its new location, go to the style tab - Yes I still need to go there, and add the control to the project will the row change be included in the style?

May well investigate myself if I get a moment.

Well in answer to my own question....

NO - If you change the table row height from the 'Detail' tab it is only local to that control instance.
Only changes made from the 'Style' tab can be saved to a Project style.

Seems a retrograde step to me.
