Hello folks

I have a (I hope) simple question and I can't find any help using standsrd instruments

The problem is the one in the topic subject and I want to attach an image to be more clear






(The background color of each block is just to show you the size of each Static Caption)

Now: I ASBOLUTELY NEED to have the label "PASS" vertically centered. What can I do?
