Lollipop ActionBar on devices running KitKat

Hi guys,

using ANDROID studio it is possible to configure, using the v7 support library, a LOLLIPOP style ActionBar even on those devices running KitKat or Jelly Bean. I was wondering if there's a way to do the same thing using WM21 and java procedure(s).

Does anyone have an idea of how to achieve this result?
