Layout issue in version 22

Has anyone else noticed a problem with the simulator switching layouts between window changes?

I start off with an iPhone layout for example and then I go to the next window and I am looking at the simulator trying to put an iPad layout on the an iPhone screen?

Please don't say it is just me.....

Did you try to create Multi OS layouts? 2 for phones (lanscape and portrait) and 2 for tablets.
