How do you import a HFSQL DB on Linux?

Hello, I am trying to export my HFSQL DB from my local server to a Linux based Cloud system, I have already installed HFSQL on the cloud, and backed up my databases to be implemented there, but I am stumped as there is no tutorial on how to do so, therefore I need your help on this one
