Its name is HTMLayout. If PCSoft would adopt something like this we the developers would have tremendous power in our hands. Imagine being able to change the layout of a window in compiled exe without having to modify original project in WD. in fact the possibilities are mind blowing. Personally as a developer I have always marveled at the way we can preset data and UI in Web and have always wished the same kind of flexibility and power in Desktop apps. Note: I think Symantec the makers of Norton Antivirus have been using this tool/library in the products since ages.
