I want to know if a specific solution can be defined as a SaaS solution. 1) A local Windev Program with a local database (can be on a local server) 2) A local Windev program with a database in the cloud 3) A Static Webdev site without database 4) A specific Webdev site for 1 client with a database with client data 5 A Windev program with a database in the cloud with an extra site for the clients for ordening.
