I'm no where near the savvy java script (or whatever its asking for) language programmer that it requires. (https://developer.chrome.com/apps/tts) So, is there anyone in the PCSoft, Webdev arena that knows about how to get the Chrome.tts (or another/better?) text to speech system to simply make my simple WebDev page speak?
