Probably some of you are using the same kind of procedure. When the Windows CE device is connected to the Cradle, I need to detect this in my Windev Mobile application and send some info via HTTP to a server on the local network. The device does not use Wifi. What would be the best methode ? - Test for the availability of a certain IP (ping) ? - Use some Windows CE API that can detect this ? - Some ActivSync methode on the PPC ? - NetListRemoteAccess ( http://doc.pcsoft.fr/en-US/?3056027&name=NetListRemoteAccess ) - Other ?
