After Update 2, new dlls are created dated 10/21/2016. The prior dlls are dated 6/13/2016. After installing Update 2 The first time I run a program that was recompiled after installing update 2, I get a dialog (in French) asking if I want to install the "new" updated dlls. If I clink the (french) No button the program continues using the installed dlls.
