Originally this is an example of PCSoft itself. We also use this with a customer of ours where it also worked properly until the end of June, beginning of July when the program caused an error (see picture) and it did not work anymore. We suspect it is caused by a Windows update, an Outlook update, or a security update. The network administrator has recovered for the backup, after which the program has been working for half a day to go wrong again. Curiously, it seems that the administrator does work, but as normal users do not. At least, in 99 out of 100 cases did not. A very rare time, it seems to work well. The users work via remote desktop on the server. Who is familiar with this problem and knows a solution here?
