pcsoft.us.windevCopyright 2026, PC SOFT6 Jan 2020 11:21:26 Z6 Jan 2020 11:21:26 ZHello everybody I need a suggestion In the imag below you can see four "slots" (below the body rows of the "document") where my user can load pictures and videos In this example there is a Jpeg image in the first slot and an AVI video in the second The multimedia objects can be loaded via "drag and drop" or opening a folder and selecting one or more files, On my PC everything works fine, but when some user (3/4 on a total of 230 worldwide) try to load Video files the program shows… nothing. No problem with Jpeg or PNG or BMP and so on, but for Mpeg, AVI and Mkv they can't see the preview nor play the video. The video files works normally if opened in VLC or Windows Media standard programs. Do you have any suggestion for this type or problem?
