Hello, I hope someone can help me in English

I started this week receiving errors trying to generate Mobile Android applications. There is a message saying messagebox title ="System Error sending HTTP Request" messagebox content "System error message : protocol not supported": before the wizard stats.

I have windows 10, lastest updates, Windows defender and the rest are normal windows. I have no idea of anything that may be blocking some access.

Reproduction protocol:
When the wizard starts, it shows 3 options (1) update the tools, but the message appears again and cannot advance in the process. (3) specify the tools, but nothing happens either (2) Use the tools installed and propose to update it in 1 hour. This one works, the message with the error appears again but it continues creating the APK.
