The title says it. Probably a beginner question.

Incorrect characters are displayed for THE DATA retrieved form HFSQL database (my site on PCSoft test cloud only).

When developing and testing a site on a developer machine (development environment), the display of characters (Windows 1250 charset - Central European) is correct.

After I have deployed this site to PCSoft test cloud, some of the characters (chars belonging to win-1250 codepage) are not displayed correctly.
Only the data from the database is shown incorrectly (HFSQL classic) !

I have tested this with different browsers on the same machine, same problem.

The static texts are correct.
I have checked the analysis but no clue

Any idea what to set/reset ?

Anybody succeeded to have correct characters on web page using

- HFSQL
- Win-1250 charset

???
