Hello to you all,

After a windows update several of my customers can't send an email anymore with pdf from the preview.
The pdf is made but the email doesn't open anymore.
Anyone off you had the same?

Hi Frans,

there is a known issue with print preview and windows creator update,and a patch to correct them, but I don't know if email from the print preview is part of it.

Hi Fabrice,

Thanks for your fast reply. I am aware off the patch but I was wondering if there are other users who had the same effect before I update all my customers not nowing if it will work.

Hi Frans,

At the moment I'm battling with the Free Techsupport because of this issue. They offered me help with Assistance Direct (paid), while clearly we talk about a bug here.

Which mailclients are you using ?

Hi Aad,

MS Outlook 2010. Don't know what my customers have.
The payed help is very good.
BUT: they also let you pay when it is a bug which is not so good/cool.
We can't afford it to do a thing like that.
