Following the instructions I realized that I need to generate a .net Assemmbly. I created a configuration and I'm going to ganarare a .net Assebly but the procedure gives me this error

Unable to copy the C: \ My Projects \ naudio \ .NET \ Compile \ bin \ Release \ net5.0 \ SF Brain.xml file.
System error:
Unable to open the <C: \ My Projects \ naudio \ .NET \ Compile \ bin \ Release \ net5.0 \ SF Brain.xml> file.

System error message:
The specified path could not be found.


I noticed that the bin catella is not created and I don't understand why

Failure initializing the .NET framework.
Check your .NET security parameters.
In most cases, the .NET framework cannot be used from a network path.
