Trying to deploy a generated project onto a Windows 10 phone

I have set up the developer mode (and trued the network airing method as well)
I have deleted the .cpl directory and the .env files and recompiled.
The project works in android but not in Windows and gives the error

What happened?
Unable to retrieve the type of target architecture
Error while running the command.

Error code: 3610032
Level: non-fatal error

Dump of the error of 'WDPRJ.DLL' module (21.0.179.1).
******

I can't find the error code anywhere to be able to solve this one. Any help appreciated as always
