Hallo, hört sich für mich so an als würde die große Datenmenge des Print Preview den Computer dazu zwingen, den RAM-Inhalt auf die Festplatte, den sog. "cache", auszulagern und dann gibts einen Absturz weil das Betriebssystem das Swappen nicht schafft. Dafür gibts viele Möglichkeiten, vor allem "zu wenig RAM", "zu wenig Festplatte". Lösung => dem Computer mehr RAM spendieren oder auch einen größeren cache auf der Festplatte konfigurieren oder die Festplatte tauschen. Vielleicht ist es auch durch andere hardware bedingt? Sie könnten das ja per zeitweiligem Computertausch demonstrieren.
Zuerst würde ich mir die BIOS-Einstellungen für das RAM ansehen, vielleicht sollte man die Einstellungen des RAM auf etwas "langsamer" stellen, bei billigen Computern stecken da oft auch unpassende RAM-Riegel drin. Dann kommt das Betriebssystem (upgrade auf Win 10?) dran, natürlich nur im Falle, dass es sich nicht um die neueste Windows 10 Version handelt. Ist die Festplatte am Rande ihrer Kapazität?

Hello, sounds to me like the large amount of data in Print Preview forces the computer to swap the RAM content to the hard disk, the so-called "cache", and then there is a crash because the operating system does not manage the swapping.
