Every time when I try to publish my app via app store (XCODE upload to app store), I got the error:
Error ITMS-90717 "Invalid App Store Icon.. The App Store Icon in the asset catalog in 'xxx.app' can't be transparent nor contain an alpha channel.

In my Icon is no alpa channel and no transparent.

Any ideas? What can I do?

It does not matter if you cannot see the alpha channel, believe me if you get that message the alpha channel is there ! even if you dont see or think you dont use transparency, i am guessing your files are .PNG (they ALL come with an alpha channel from creation). you have 2 options 1)Use Photoshop to removes the alpha channel from the PNG file 2) Use JPEG format.

Once you have removed the alpha channel from the file you will be able to upload it properly.
