I am trying to use a button to open a page in a new browser. I had this working and then for some reason it just stopped. When I try to open a page in a new window it just opens the same page again. I've been trying to figure this out with tech support but so far no result. Has any one else run into this?

I installed WB12 on a different machine and the problem went away. It is possible that this is related to the IE 8 Beta. I installed it. Then started to have problems with some sites I was viewing. So I uninstalled it. I Think this problem started at about that time.
