Printing on a narrow printer Epson 80 mm webdev 14

I try to print a a narrow printer an Epson M129H is a printer with 80 cm wide
the problem is
- If I send directly to the printer , the printer does not answer , not any move
- If I print as PDF the printer is almost crazy,instead of print a paper with 6 or 7 cm height is printing a paper with 20 cm height.

Any solution for printing in such a printer
