Hi all,
If anyone has had experience in the following area with WD8 can you jump over to the WinDev US site and drop him a message?
"I have just 2 questions which perhaps someone can help me regarding WINDEV
1. Is it true a Windev form can access a database over the internet using an ADSL connection with HTTP or similar, in a sort of Rich Client/Terminal Server mode?
2. Has any one tried the new feature in WINDEV 8 to import an MS access application into WINDEV. If so do the forms, queries, tables and code come over successfully. If this is truly possible I will be over the moon!"
Thanks,
Art

Hi Art,
Answered on the US Forum.
Kind Regards,
Lieven De Nys.
Thanks! Good post too. It is VERY GOOD to hear the Access conversion program works. Was that using WD8 French or WD8 US beta?
And has anybody tried the VB to WD conversion tool yet?
Thanks again,
Art

Hi Art,
Done with pleasure. It was an interesting experience, absolutely.
We Used WD8 FRENCH (V:80314m).
"The VB to WD conversion tool".
I did not even know that existed too.
But not a priority for me.
KR, Lieven De Nys.
