Add to a table from a combo box

Is there a way to add an item in a combo box and have it automatically added to the table that the combo box fills from?

Hi Rich
I have added a right mouse click to the combo box, which calls my update form. I then redisplay the list eg.
OPEN(UpdateForm)
LISTDISPLAY("",taInit) //redisplays from start
