Using the Print Preview together with Terminal Services

My customer has 4 shops. From every shop there is a VPN link to the main office.
Users log in to a server by making use of Terminal Services. Everything works
fine, except that when they make a print preview it happens at least 1 to
2 times a day that the PC blocks completely on the preview screen! Resetting
the PC is not working ! We need to cancel the users from the Terminal Service
server.
Does someone know about this problem? Does I need to do some special setup?
