[7.5] Project print to HTML, RTF, Printer

Good morning fellow programmers,
We have a multi language program. We have set allready Dutch, English and French. The program itself has as a first language Dutch. However when I printout the documentaion it sets in the windows the french language.
Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug.
