launchscreen.storyboard error

I have been generating my project in a new xcode and I have been getting a build error that says that the launchscreen.storyboard is missing. I assume that windev is supposed to generate that file and I have no idea what has happened to loose it. I have changed various settings in the launch screen options on the project generation but wondered if anyone had seen this issue before
