G'day All
I run Win98 because the majority of my clients use it so I develop in the same environment that my code will be used in.
The CRM example has a problem on Win98 because one of the files (orderlines) is marked as exceeding 2gb so it will only run on ntfs.
I didn't think I would have a problem because although the workstation is Win98SE the file is held on a Win2003 server running ntfs.
I fixed it in a rough sort of way by adjusting the analysis but the problem was still apparent when I indexed the file so I had to delete and recreate the file, and this meant I lost the data. Is there a quick way of changing the file and keeping the data ?
Even with that minor problem the CRM example is still a fascinating showcase of Windev8 potential.
