1) Whenever you generate just a couple of windows into an existing project take care of menu.wdw - it will be overwritten! Didn't see any way to prevent menu.wdw from being replaced with a simple menu that's pointing to the newly generated windows only.
2) Directly copying your project or single windows from one directory to another can have unwanted side-effects. The image-files of buttons, windows etc will not be copied and these controls still point to the images within the original directory. Deleting the orginal directory without moving these image files and updating the controls to point to image files in the current directory is a no-no.
