I have in the past had a moan about the lack of communication and response from PCSoft in reply to emails I sent. Yesterday I had a call from Fabrice Chambon at work (he had tracked down my number) expressing concern that the messages had not reached him. After test emails we are now in contact and I have had some response.
I think this does show that PCSoft care about their 'foreign' customers and having used the forum to complain I feel I should set the record straight.
