Problem with AJAX and javascript

Sorry, but my english is not good.

This is my problem:
I have a function in javascript that when I do click in the right click of the mouse is executed and run ok. But when I run AJAX this function javascript doesn´t work.

I think the problem is looklike in Prototype AJAX in whose I use evalScript true, but in WebDev I don´t have any idea.
