Problems with google adwords

I have three questions, you may help to resolve for me:

1.) I need to make a webpage created by Webdev to be found by search programs as google, or yahoo, how do I have to proceed to do it correctly?

2.) when I try to create an advertisment of a webpage in google adwords, I am told that the link is not working, how can I resolve that problem?

3.) Is it possible that Webdev exports files in html format?

2) hard to say, more information needed. What kind of WD page is this? PHP or dynamic WD Page or AWP page? Do you have a static first (index) page or is this page a dynamic page as well? And what is the error you get from google?

3) I'm not shure what you mean. By default WD alway creates HTML pages. If you mean whether you can export some files to HTML, then it depends on what you want to do. For example you can export reports into HTML.
