Hello Kazumi
The tutorials are included in the purchased copy and I assume in the express versions that you can download from PCSoft.
The manual for V15 is at:
http://www.pcsoft-windev-webdev.com/programming.pdf
You are asking about Webdev hosting, for that you will need to develop in Webdev not Windev

No, not now. I do not understand French. So I am waiting for English version of WinDev 16.
I already have WinDev/WebDevWinDev Mobile 15.
But,, you can help informing me once the English version of WinDev 16 is released.
