White pixels editing an image

Hi all. I have to edit an image taked by a hd web cam. The photo is kinda big so my client want to edit it so he can resize it.

But when calling the method edit of the image control it appears some white dots ( I think pixels ) on the photo on the editor, even also if I use the new image control.

Tried with version 25 and 26.

Any idea what could be happening ?? Could be a bug ??
