Missing text on graphs when printing a report

We have an application which creates multi-page reports with several graphs in each report.
Our customers are complaining that although graph tick values can be seen on the print preview these get missed off the actual printout whether we print to PDF or to a physical printer. The print preview page is created by WinDev and it supplies the print button.

We are using WinDev 24 - version info below





How do we get our axis values to print?
