Validation, the return key and strange navigation

I have created a page which has a series of functions linked to edit control. When the user clicks return the code should be run (and has been until recently).

Now it is navigating to a second page despite there being no reference to that page anywhere else in the first one.

This doesn't happen on the device only on the simulator but it is stopping me testing the dataflow in my app.

Any help greatly appreciated.
