We had this message after the latest Windows 10 update (version 1709). As usual tech support did not respond and help pages out of date. We had to find our own solution. We have sent tech support an e-mail with the solution which still is not published considering that this will cause major issues for developers trying to finalise projects.
The message popping up was
Cle de protection non detectee ou incompatible.
Dongle not detected

The problem is to do with the HASP drivers. Unfortunately there are several out there and you have to find the correct one that includes windows 10 1709. Link to one we used below is the latest one that resolved the issue.

As usual, remove dongle
Extract zip to folder
Run executable
Reboot PC -> always recommended
Put dongle back in and it should work.
