Importing MS access database

Hello to you all,
I am trying to import a MS database (.mdb) via File, import, access project or elements. Windev starts and after a dozen seconds it gives a runtime error.
I tried it on two computers and with W8 andW9.
Any ideas?

Hi Frans
Make sure you have MS Access installed on your computer and that it is the right version to open the mdb and that it is working. Also u might have to provide a password to WD to open the mdb in access
I use the importer all the time with no trouble
