Hello,

I want to create a table based on the content of a file. So if there are 3 receords the table will contain 3 columns and if there are 7 receords the table will contain 7 columns.
I already tried all kinds of combinations with TableInsert, TableInsertLine, TableAdd etc. but the table stays the size as I have created it in the form. I want the size to be dependable on the numbers of records, so in fact depending on the number of columns after filling the table from the file.

Can anybody help me out on this ?

Hi,

Won't help now, but I believe version 12 will let you do this.

Do you know what the maximum # of columns will be? Create that many and hide what you don't need ?

You must wait for WINDEV XII (Horizontal tables) or (if you want to use WINDEV XI or less)
you must see ControlClone.
