I can't find WDEtat for WD 12. :(
Is it included? If yes, where is it?

Rich,
are you looking for the installer, to be distributed to your client?
Have a look at .....\WinDev 12\Install\Reports And Queries\ReportsAndQueriesPack.exe
If you use Windev to create a setup-cd, then it will be included for you as well.
