Hi for everybody: In a development group we have:

1 Server of SCM : HP Server AMD Turion 64x2 with 1 GB Ram, windows 2003
server

Programmer station: Windows XP Prof, 1 GB RAM

The Webdev Proyect have 100 tables in analisys and 70 pages in the project

When open a proyect they offer to synchonize with the las versión of
SCM, click yes and take so long more than 30 minutes
even if nobody have make any changes, even always offer compile and
always regenerate HTML

What can I do? what recomendations do you have?
