Hello all,
Is it possible to add a suffix within the same application to the 'Name on Disk' (File Description) depending on an useridentification : e.g. ARTICLES01 for department 01 and ARTICLES02 for department 02 and so on? Or a prefix like a directoryname?

Hi Teun,
You can use the HAlias function to start with and then make your aliases physical instead of logical. Check the hAlias() help. If I recall correctly there is an example where an order table is split into several physical order tables per calendar year using the hAlias functionality. Something similar should fit your needs.
