Hi again,
First af all thanks to the different answers I gait on my request. Neverthelees the problem still remains.
A few technical aspects.
We use a 2003 server and 4 Xp WS
There are no Antivirus program's running and the network load or processor load on the different computers is alomost equal to zero.
The only thing we do during the test on performance is just browsing a file () 30 mb.
I try to dissable almost everything lets say rpc call, rep off etc.
>From time to time when we browse on the file the system is like hungs for a few seconds and it continuew. During this system hanging there alomost no activity on the network and the processor usage is let's say 3%.
So what to do now

Replace the Win2003 server with W2k machine. Call it my "Micro$oft conspiracy theory", de-tuning 2003 so it runs with MS tools buy somehow interferes with other programs. I could be wrong... but you will never know unless you try it.
