I have downloaded and installed the latest version. It is nice to see English
when the user runs an install executable.

If I use the Project/Create Executable Setup Procedure button, I have noticed
that when installed on a machine that has already got the "exe" on it, that
the executable version gets changed, but the executable is not actually overwritten
with the latest changes.

If I delete the EXE first, then it installs OK.

Am I just missing something?

Did you set the exe file to be overwritten ?
