Is there standard a input control on VAt Numbers or do we have to write it ourselves.

If you should decide to write one yourself I'm interested too. Take care, for Belgium the lay-out changes as from the 1st of January !

Hi,
I still have some old WD5.5b code somewhere for Belgian VAT numbers and Belgian Bank Account Numbers. I'll see if I can trace it this weekend...

Hi,
On my website in the 'Tips & Tricks' section, you can download the validation functions for Belgian bank accounts and Belgian VAT numbers.
They have been rewritten in WD8 from WD55b so no conversion is required.
They are setup in such a ways that you can easily enhance them to validate bank accounts and VAT numbers from other countries as well. Just pass in the ISO country code.
Of course I'm intrested in the validation logic for other (European) countries as well. If you giys and girls are willing to send them to me, I'll enhance the function with them so everybody can enjoy.
