I want to make (for reporting purposes) hyperfiles visible in an access database. Importing the files using WD5 ODBC works fine, but linking the files (to have all changes immediately available) doesn't give the expected results. Am I doing something wrong? ( using MS ACCESS 2000)

I dont have v5.5 but v8, and the problem could could quite simply be that the HF ODBC driver up to v8 is only one way (9 apparently is now 2 way). Access's ability to link to almost anything has always been its strong point but I suspect it needs 2 way interaction

I tried the access connection using the WD9 ODBC-driver (version 9.00.01), but the result is almost identical... It does not work and even the import of a table errors out now...
