Please bare with me, I'm trying to tackle this but I'm confused.

How do I create a new window without RAD. I'm trying to insert the
fields created in the Data Model Editor into this window but it only
allows me to create new edit controls.

Hi,
if I have well understands the question, you find difficult to associate a control (edit, combo etc..) to a field creation in the analysis.
In the new window you can insert the controls that you want, then right key of the mouse, description, tab " link " and you associate your control to the field of the table.
I hope for to be you useful.

Create your blank window, and drag and drop the fields you want from the
list in the rigth (the model)
