Hello all.
I have just received my new serial numbers for version 10.
However the dongle update portion of the install routine returns with Cannot update dongle.

I am running Windows X64. Could this be the problem?

Hi,

Are you sure to have the latest drivers for you Hasp dongle?

Take a look at http://www.aladdin.com/ to verify.

Windows XP Pro had no problem updating the dongle, however, X64 flamed out more than once at it.
