HFSQL error / how to set up?

Hello, I am looking for some information about HFSQL. We have an app that was released in 2016 and had been functioning as designed. Since then, our developer has left and his machine in which he did the development is not being used any more. Also, the machine in which the data sits had been upgraded to Oracle 12C.

We recently started working on updating our app and all of a sudden we started receiving this error when we try to receive data from the database. Sending data though works just fine - we commented out anything related to receiving data in order to test to make sure.





My question is - has anyone ever encountered an error message like this? Are we missing software or drivers on the new Oracle 12C machine that could be causing this? How does one properly set up a machine to utilize HFSQL in their app? The fact that this app had been working prior to these changes makes us think that there is something missing on either my computer or the server.

Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated.
